Which apps does SaleCity make?
We build iPhone apps for shopping and food. Our first app is in development; this page will list each app and its help topics when it is released.
How do I get a refund for a purchase?
Purchases in our apps are processed by Apple. To request a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account and choose the purchase.
How do I cancel a subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose the subscription to cancel.
How do I ask you to delete my information?
Email admin@salecity.bid from the address you used with us, or describe the app and account. See our Privacy Policy for what we hold and your rights.
